Tackle Tip Thursday is here! Today, we have Steve C. from Penn Fishingis back from the Fred Hall Show. Steve gives us all the must-haves for catching the Giant Tuna. Steve has a Penn International 16VISX reel, with a fall type jig weighing 6-12 oz. (glow in the dark is key for nighttime fishing.)
