Anglers should expect to see fewer kokanee in Wickiup Reservoir this year following recent reservoir drawdowns. Anglers are reporting increased catches of rainbow trout this year than in the past. The reservoir is very low at 9 percent. Under low water conditions, boat ramps may be unavailable for launching large watercraft. Wickiup Reservoir will close to fishing for the season on Oct. 31.
