The KOA resort should be open and ODFW just stocked the lake for the first time recently. The schedule called for stocking earlier, but snow and other issues have delayed stocking this and other waterbodies this year. The latest from the Forest Service is that the campgrounds are open as well.

Kokanee in Lemolo are considered trout and fall under the daily limit for trout of 5 per day, with only one of those measuring over 20 inches. Anglers can also retain tiger trout in Lemolo if they happen to catch one that migrated down from Diamond Lake.
