Chinook fishing has been moderate this fall. Fish are moving with the fresh rains that have been coming. Chinook can still be caught, but the quality of meat will be declining quickly. The mainstem is under permanent regulations for Chinook in 2022, which means anglers may retain up to two salmon per day which both could be wild. The wild coho fishery expired on Oct. 15th.
